Chief Operating Officer and President

John Jackson is responsible for the direct oversight and coordination of all construction department-related activities for Beverly Hills Property Developers. From inception to closeout, Jackson specializes in purchasing and overseeing the construction, furnishing and marketing of high-end residences located in Venice, Marina Del Rey, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Manhattan Beach and Los Angeles California.

In concert with our expert team, John Jackson brings imagination and discipline to the development of our unique properties in order to maximize return on investments.

John has been building homes since 1978. He has vast experience in custom home building from concrete to crown molding. Over the years, John has worked on homes for Rod Stewart, Diana Shore, Irving Wallace, Gregory Peck and Joan Rivers just to name a few.

He has also worked on several blockbuster feature films building sets for movies like Pirates of the Caribbean, Spiderman, Ironman and many more.


Chief Investment Officer

Alejandra Jackson is responsible for all investment matters and is project leader of our company’s financial team. She is the executive in charge of overseeing corporate level financing and the investment committee that handles all real estate investing and development.

She brings her expertise with a background in retail financing, where she secured deals for  US $75M plus across North and South America. Alejandra works with external analysts and maintains BHPD’s investors relations. She also oversees and develops short-term and long-term investment policies.

Alejandra has built solid networks as she has interacted with other finance professionals in previous  investing, negotiating and purchasing deals.

She is BHPD’s executive in charge of raising capital and negotiating investment deals on behalf of the company.
